| A. | You must ensure the opening / closing stock in chart if account set the special account 'OS' 'CS' and 'BS' then maintain the stock value accordingly. | |

| A. | The standard report directory in housekeeping menu at page 3 has not been set properly. Make sure there is a "\" after the directory Example "c:\ubsacc\reports\" (exclude the quote mark) | |

| A. | This happens when there was an upgrade from DOS version to Windows version. Upgrade to UBS Accounting Windows version dated 27/7/2000 and above. | |

| A. | It happens because the font you are using is too big or the figure you used more than the number of digit assign for that column. | |

| A. | Printing of any types of reports will be disturbed if a user exits the system during printing. This is because printer unable to receive message from the program. It is recommended wait till complete printout. | |

| A. | First, go to Ms Dos Prompt, change to data directory, e.g. c:\ubsacc\data, type the command 'foxcmd' and press enter, after awhile key in the command 'use arcust' press enter then key in next command 'export to arcust type xls' press enter to process. You are allowed to close this menu by typing 'exit'. Now you can open the Microsoft Excel program to open the file you have saved previously. | |
